Description

This the same spot that i reported months ago and is still open and reported as illegal dumping. It was cleaned up and now the pile has grown again. Once again this is what the people see when they arrive at Kaiser Hospital. Across the street is the bus stop which no one can use because there is so much garbage around the seating area. Doesnt anyone care what the city looks like? Filth and disgust and no one seems to care!!!!!!!!!!
