Description

2 young inexperienced men have been tearing up the Bay Ridge Trail on motocross bikes for the past month. They also race through the streets on the bikes. They are easy to identify as neither wears a helmet. One wears his hair in dreadlocks. One rides a 2 stroke bike and the other a 4 stroke bike. I have talked to other hikers who have had close calls with the two. Somebody is going to get hurt if this activity continues.
