1st REPORT:
Blue 4-door Ford Contour GL; California License Plate #7HOJ608; No registration stickers on license plate.
This vehicle has been parked in the same spot for over 1 week. There are people living in the vehicle. These individuals are now leaving their food items/garbage on the sidewalk and other areas. This type of activity brings illegal activity to our neighborhood, such as littering, loitering, drug dealing, drug use, and a variety of other illegal activity that can negatively affect our neighborhood.

This large trailer has been parked on the corner of Werden Street & Parrott Street since the evening of Thursday 5/4/17. I believe the license plate is from Arizona State, #196-GER.

As of this morning, we have received reports of five (5) persons living in this trailer, including one (1) infant that has only been seen once since Friday. We have received reports of loitering, littering, and drug activity coming from this trailer within this short time frame. While photographing the trailer, a male occupant (in photo) exited the trailer, also claiming the trailer belonged to him. The look and body language of the male and the other individuals that exited the trailer, are signs of individuals high on drugs.

Possible water main break...signs that this may be a water main break, are the muddy edges of the shared front yards in front of 2253/2255 Sacramento Street that are not drying out

This water leak has become tremendously worse over the past year...to the extent, that it is now damaging the street. It looks as if it began somewhere across from 102 Calhoun Street, but over time has now began to affect Benson Street as well.

Forest Green Oldsmobile Aurora; No License Plate; 4-door vehicle; Vehicle has been parked in the same spot for almost 1 month; Occupant is living inside vehicle; Occupant has been seen doing drugs; Occupant has had medical emergency twice since he has been parked there. It was reported that occupant attempted to enter a residence across the street while high on drugs, police were called.

Light bulb needs to be replaced

Primer colored Ford Mustang 5.0; California License Plate #5COS218 expires January "YELLOW YEAR TAG" but year is scratched off. Vehicle was just abandoned in this spot within the last 24 hours. Vehicle has no doors, no hood, and no front end. VEHICLE WILL DEFINITELY BE ATTRACTING ILLEGAL DUMPERS THROUGHOUT THIS WEEKEND.

Large amounts of trash/debri has now been placed in the vehicle, trash is building up around the outside of the vehicle, and vehicle is causing an eyesore to the neighborhood. Vehicle is also causing residents to be unable to park their vehicles in front of their units.

Vehicle has been parked in the same spot for more than five (5) months without being moved

Trash is now being dumped inside of vehicle. Windows on drivers side have been bashed out. This vehicle is an "eyesore" to the neighborhood and causes residents to be unable to park in front of their units.

Vehicle has been parked in same spot for more than five (5) months without being moved.

Vehicle is now collecting trash inside and around the outside. The vehicle is also an "eyesore" to the street and causing residents to be unable to park their vehicles in front of their units.

The trailer has been seen/reported by several residents/homeowners here in Hillcrest Park. It is unknown if people are occupying the trailer or if it was abandoned. This is an eyesore to the neighborhood and also attracts loitering, littering, illegal activity, etc.
