    Two tires, seemingly large, suddenly appeared in the 100 block of National Alley.

    Illegal dumping 100 block of National Alley. Looks like a booby trap, as the metal stuff is hidden under logs and natural trash. Would be bad if a police car had to move through the ally quickly. I don't know how the garbage truck made it through.

    Corner of Harbor Way, Trinity St and Overland Alley.

    3 directions show octagonal stop sign and say "All Way".

    The 4th (Coming down Overland Alley) does not have a stop sign and is a steep down hill.

    Either put a stop sign on Overland Alley, or add "cross traffic does not stop" on the other 3.

    Within the outdoor Ferry Parking, on the North West side of the new parking garage, 5 of the 8 lights have problems. None of these lights have numbers on them. All are tall and have two lights close together. Starting from the Garage, moving towards the State Farm building ( see also the color coded image) the outages are as follows:

    1) Georgia and Mare Island Way stoplight has lights on the same pole. The light over Mare Island Way is out. Pole X8838 or X8038 ( difficult to read) / 250
    2) 4505 - River side of Mare Island Way over Front Room Parking
    3) x374 / 200 at corner of Capitol and Mare Island Way - light on same pole as stoplight.
    4) x370 / 100 on Capitol a few feed from Mare Island Way
    5) 4501 - River side of Mare Island Way along Green field
    6) 4499 - River Side of Mare Island Way corner of Green field

    This report is for the 26 lights along the waterfront, between the Vallejo Yacht Club and the Front Room / Ferry building. Only 7 of the 26 have numbers, but the pattern can be determined. 15 of 26 lights are not working.     The street light directly in front of Marina Vista Dental, and 2 of the three lights to its left ( as shown in the picture) are out. There are NO NUMBERS on these lights. I've checked in daylight and at night. NO NUMBERS AT ALL on these street lights.
