    Dangerous Overgrown Weeds are overhanging the fence onto the sidewalk. Some of these plants have THORNS. While my husband was walking home from the bus stop up Napa ST, his face was cut by these thorns. Since there is no lighting in this area he was unable to see these vines. Had he been one inch shorter, the thorns would have caught his eye!
