    There is a homeless man sleeping off getting high on a mattress in the alley next to our bldg. The window is broken but i have no idea if he broke it or not. He has been dragging the mattress around different places on the street. I'm afraid he might set something on fire. There was a burned purse next to the mattress .

    Homeless living in a blue Ford or Kia minivan.
    They have been parked there for at least 6 days. They have also dumped ashes from a small grill on the sidewalk/street.
    Other cars park there during the day but this minivan is always there.

    Garbage dumped in the middle of alley as well as near Sonoma BLVD.

    This tree is growing into the path of traffic like taller trucks. I hit this tree while driving a box truck and caused $2000 damage.
    As you can see, it is right next to the curb. I think that makes it city property.

    It should be removed.
