    The sink hole right next to the toddler playground has come back. Evidently the problem is a storm drain with a hole that erodes all the dirt. Just backfilling is not enough. Please fix the root problem. Again, this is a toddler playground with a sink hole big enough for a small child to fall in.

    The median at Flagship Dr and Nereus st has no markings. It needs a pole with signage and reflectors. It has been hit numerous times the most recent was about August 29th. Also the street sign is tilted by the wind. Can you tighten it down.

    Street light was hit by a car about 1 year ago causing overhead power feed to 3 more lights to be taken out. The road curves here making it dark and dangerous. There has already been another accident as a result. There is also a fire hydrant in this area. The only thing that has been done is reflective tape on the poles and caution tape on the fire hydrant.
    Please replace and repair the street lights and add reflective arrow signs warning of the curve.
