The Clean Air Council has taken note of this location and will contact United Cerebral Palsy Association of Philadelphia regarding the issue. We will also alert AMS to this issue because it happens with such regularity.

The transit vans are contracted by SEPTA, and we have written the company a letter. I will let you know if any tickets are issued.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary refer caller to Air Management Services at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), refer the caller to the Police Department at 911.
