We reside at 10 Deer Path Road and have regularly noted that our neighbor at 31 Homestead Lane does not regularly mow their yard. There are grasses/weeds on the property around 10-12 inches high. Last year, I was made aware that she had lawn tractor issues, but I have seen her use it this year yet the issue has become a regular occurrence. And as an early morning walker with my dogs, I am concerned about what may be living I the high grasses that I may meet when walking.
