Do you work in the same business park? Is the dog off the leash in a public area (sidewalk, street, etc.)? If the dog is entirely on private property and is not running at large on a public sidewalk, the issue will need to be resolved by the business park management. The City does not regulate this. If, however, the dog is straying out of the business park onto a public street or sidewalk, I will ask the Animal Control officers to investigate.
