Dear city of Oakland, I am so sick and tired of seeing the giant debris mass behind the Walgreens. It’s like they had a party on the street last night. And now all the junk and crap is taking up parking spots. Everyone who’s in this encampment needs to be cited and removed. Sorry! Tired of seeing this😬
