Description

I passed by MacArthur Park today and there is a huge amount of garbage being dumped by the unfortunate persons living in the park. The garbage is on the MacArthur Blvd side, right across the street from the Kaiser parking facility. This is a huge health hazard and is denying so many people use of this fabulous park. Please help us clean up this mess.
