There is a very dangerous drop off near the tire hanging over Crabtree Creek coming from the mall. There is gravel on the edge of the asphalt and then the top of a wooden wall. There needs to be a fence along this wall to protect the cyclists from this danger.

Was riding on the Greenway coming from Crabtree Mall and there is a section of the trail that is very dangerous on the right. There is gravel next to the asphalt and then a wooden wall. The person I was biking with went into the gravel and almost tumbled off the wall into the Crabree Creek. Just by luck he was able to steer back. There is a tire hanging from a tree over the creek near the dangerous area. The person said they looked at the tire and then steered right and that is what almost caused them to fall over the wooden wall. The drop off is more than ten feet in this area. I have cycled all the Greenway trails and this is the only dangerous section I have ever come across. There needs to be a fence of some kind along this wall so no one can go over the wall into the creek.

The Millbrook Exchange Park Pool when open seems to be dumping pool water out of a pipe on the trail from Rainwater Dr. into the park. It is about 50 feet up the trail from the splash park pool pump building. You can smell the chlorine. It would seem that this is not good for the streams and creeks that that this is drainging into. Now maybe this water is being treated to remove the chemicals, before it is dumped? It seems to stop flowing when the pool is closed. Can this water not be piped to the sewer system so it is treated?

The speed traffic sign at this location is to low and can hit a biker when passing on the road or side walk. It needs to be raised to a height like the other speed traffic sign further down Rainwater. Also, this speed traffic sign is setup to blink at 25 MPH when the speed limit is 30 MPH. So, that needs to be adjusted also to match the other one down the road.

The Millbrook pool splash area is slowly getting worst week by week in terms of the pipes either being clogged or areas just not working. It would seem the pump is not strong enough as you can step on a water outlet and the next one will then start working. It could be such a nice attraction but the maintenance is very poor. I brought this up with one of the supervisors and they just did not want to discuss it. It seems the supervisor is unable to get things fix either. One comment was it was old and that is the way it is.
