    There are 5 potholes outside 48 and 46 Stevens's street. Asphalt has worn along curb exposing road bed and afri gate - depth 30cm length up to 1.5m these have been temporarily filled, not to standard will incur long term damage to road as they are growing

    Tree at 48 Stevens Street is in high risk of collapse. Tree has been badly pruned, large branch pulling tree over into road, bottom of this branch has split open, this is due to the weight of the branch being too much for itself
