This house is a known drug 24)7 non-stop drug house. The original tenants moved in 02/2020 then it started at any given time 20+ people living there. The tenants are on section 8 and called landlord he doesn't care because he's getting his money non stop deposited. We wrote letter section 8 told them there tenant moved February 2021 and telling the crackheads they own house and charging them money while she pays $1.00 a month for $900.00 section 8 pays $899.00 and landlord doesn't care. This woman is charging rent and told them they own it and crackheads all have burnt brain cells they just exsist no clue to reality. We the neighbors have done everything called wrote letters and emails to everyone if it's not in your backyard or neighborhood then you don't have to see it or deal with it. This house has no water or electricity open hole in front yard and the uriniate in broad daylight outside and poop in backyard we smell it and see it but who cares NO ONE.
The city,county,police landlord, section 8 no one and too too it off bad DRUG DEAL a man was shot at least 4+ times inside and the crackheads all came back about .30 minutes after police left to continue living there. We want this boarded up but landlord won't again he's still getting his gravey train free money from section 8. Yesterday we called him he said not my problem a man died inside or anything that goes on inside his company should be kicked off section 8 program permanently that's how his company stays in business by renting only section 8 program they have houses all over United States. The house is nasty stinks a public nuisance no one cares. Right now as I write this twikiers and crackheads are inside the business never stops over there at 2635 SW 42, and the woman and her husband who still are letting section 8 program pay the rent and they are charging rent and don't live there and landlord all should be kicked off barred from participating on the Oklahoma housing finance aka section 8 cares act money programs. A man died inside and the house needs to be boarded up but no one to call or no one cares not in their neighborhood or their view sight!
