7 Spruce Street is a residence. Are the squatters on that property? If they are not on private property then Code Enforcement cant do anything.

Contact the Vallejo water dept. they are responsible for the safety of the stream that runs thru the property and is being used as a toilet and garbage pit for the campers . This flows into the trailer park on the other side of the highway, must be a health issued

They are in the field across from 5 Spruce st.

There is 1 church on that street 5 spruce across from the church

This is right before the gore point. This is Spruce exit off 780 across from 5 spruce! Earlier this year you had to clean them and it took 8 months of complaining to do it! These people took over a entire house and show private parts to my son! Please love them along before it gets worse
