Today my neighbors and I witness several homeless people going through our trash cans and recycling bins leaving a mess and then going into that area which is at the end Loyola and College. These are the same group that was living at Mini Drive and Stanford Drive.
Now I'm not saying they they did this but our truck was broken into and so was our neighbors as well and this hadn't happened before since this group moved in. Please move them out of our neighborhood.

These people are fully doped up and sleeping sitting up. The guy behind the shopping cart didn't even know I walked by him to confront the 2 other loaded trespassers. It's the same people that created the nasty mess next door to Boss Market. It's really piling up back here and is a safety hazard to my family. Last time they set the back field on fire and burnt down my neighbors fence. Enough with these criminals already.

CSS has one part-time and three full-time employees who are responsible for addressing all quality of life concerns, supporting Neighborhood Watch groups, and working with the Neighborhood Law Program and Code Enforcement to address distressed and dangerous properties. We work hard to investigate each report in a timely manner, and will investigate this report as soon as we possibly can. Please keep in mind there is a lengthy process to remove illegal encampments. Arrested two and alerted CalTrans that there is an encampment on their property.

Thank you for handling the 2 great job. Looks like I will have to open another case because another individual has taking their place. I spoke with him a few days ago and he looks just as spun out as the other 2. I asked him if he needed any help or services and he said not at all. Will see. Thanks again for making Vallejo a little more bearable.
