Here the right lane of 21st Street narrows to the left, and drivers don't acknowledge that cyclists need to shift to the left in order not to crash into parked cars, thereby forcing bicyclists off the road, or coming dangerously close. Today, a municipal vehicle (MG-8163D) came within two inches of me as he failed to observe the lane shift. The vehicle was a black SUV, most likely a Ford Explorer.
