Description

There is little to no drainage on Mill Road, especially heading downhill toward Pennsylvania Avenue. The street floods whenever it rains, there is melting snow, or someone is draining their pool that lives up the street. Earlier today, I put in a request due to the aforementioned flood turning into ice. There is a bus stop at Mill Road and Oreland Place, kids can't walk to the bus stop, or even stand safely due to this ice, or soaking feet if it is not frozen over.
At the base of the road at Pennsylvania Avenue, it floods terribly when it rains, you can't drive through it if it's a heavy rain or your car will flood.
Garden Road, which runs parallel, has multiple drains and never has this issue. Mill Road deserves some kind of remedy for this issue.
