Ok, this is the third pile of large dumps now littering this property.
So far, no response from the owners. Workers were here yesterday working on the inside of the building. This recent pile of crap showed up just before their departure. What is going on and why must residents in this neighborhood continue, for months on end, to have to live with this pig style? Weeds galore, litter, furniture, and a full bag of garbage left behind near the door.

Junk dumped AGAIN, and AGAIN and AGAIN. Weeds. The hardtop surface of this entire lot is broken into pieces and weeds are EVERYWHERE. Tell the folks who live here, please...has the city EVER fined the owner?
Looks like the city got the owners to plant along the sidewalk area. Well, now those plants are dying and weeds are twice what they were. Litter. Purple and Lime green, gee....would you live next to this DUMP.

What the status on this property. Weeds all over, growing between the cracks in blacktop. It's a wreck because the blacktop surface is so degraded. The workers CONSTANTLY leave garage in and around the building. The city required landscaping, and so now the plants they've installed are dying from lack of watering. The building owner painted the structure LIME GREEN AND PURPLE! The neighbors have to look at this stupid thing day after day. PleAs, please do something to make this terrible property half way decent. It's so bad it's a joke to everyone who live here. WHY IS THE CITY ALLOWING THIS AWEFUL DITUATION TO CONTINUE. Has anyone from the city actually been at this property lately. Bet not. Please inspect. Bet you would not allow this if you lived next to it.

Weeds, back yard is a dump with a good deal of garbage piled waist high. FIRE HAZARD! Please send someone to inspect this property.

Garbage, combustibles, furniture. Exposed wiring junction box, leaves covering sidewalks and slippery. Dangerous poorly maintaining Ned property multi unit apartment complex. Constant problem.

Construction Materials dumped in National Alley, just behind residential house. This is the third time it's been reported. Lease arrange for pick up.

This is at the Starbucks on Sonoma Blvd. at Highway 37 in the shopping center where Raleys used to be. The level of litter is astounding. The sidewalks are caked with dirt. I suspect the drive through is generating a good portion of the trash. I sent NO litter bins. Furthermore, the entire parking lot has been an ongoing concern, especially regarding lighting at night. UNSAFE for patrons leaving and arriving to 24 hour fitness. Who is responsible for the degrading condition of this lot and property. The workers at Starbucks tell me that is part of their job to clean up! Hum....that's not right. Who owns this lot and property and who is in charge of the trash?

No maintenance of this rental property. Domestic violence and criminal activity likely involving drugs and prostitution. These activities have been ongoing for approximately FOUR years. Please site fine this property owner for violations.
