    On 5th street, just north of Dickinson St. Everytime it rains, a monster puddle / lake is formed because of faulty street engineering. That is a major hassle and hazard. Streets department has been informed of this a number of times and has still failed to act. Please fix the street.

    For the third weekend in a row I have noticed that the mulch used in the landscaping in the middle of Columbus blvd is catching fire from cigarettes ( flicked out of passing cars). I've actually stopped one time to put a small fire out. The city of Philadelphia should pro-actively resolve the potential fire hazard, before it becomes a major issue
