    Recent sewer repair work resulted in the asphalt replacement covering the parking markings. Used to be two parking spots and now it's not even one clearly. Drivers from outside the area are using two spaces for 1 preventing locals from parking in front of their homes.

    There has been a broken wine bottle at this location for nearly a month. The 2 biggest pieces were put in the trash eventually, but it is littered with broken glass on the sidewalk, which makes it impossible to walk by with a dog without stepping into the street to avoid the broken glass.

    The entire length of the sidewalk on live oak on the North side of the 800 block needs to be replaced. Tree roots have raised the sidewalk to dangerous levels and previous attempts to smooth it out no longer are getting the job done. I tripped on one of the raised sections of the sidewalk and nearly fell on my face.

    With the 1st storm of the season behind us and numerous branches on the ground and on top of cars it is time for these 2 trees on public soil to be properly trimmed. They haven't been trimmed in years beyond what PG&E does creating a big V in the middle with one side of the tree growing aggressively towards the house. I am so not interested in having a branch come down and crash the bedroom I sleep in or the living room which are at the front of the property.

    I was walking down Santa Cruz Avenue and in front of the bagel street cafe the sand around the tree has eroded to the point that there is about a 2" gap between the edge of the sidewalk and where the sand can be found unfortunately my right foot caught that divet resulting in me taking a fall to the ground twisting my right ankle skinning my left knee and scraping my left Palm of my hand. I'm a 65 year old woman and I'm very lucky that nothing worse happened as a result of this deficit in maintenance. Please attend to it immediately.
