House faces idora.. it's on the corner of idora and cedar... we are walking down the sidewalk me my son and a neighbor and this jacks.... pulls up on the sidewalk in front of us blocking us from walking on the walkway.... they can park on idora and choose not to, they also have a driveway and don't use it and a garage.. this car is parked here mornings evenings and weekends more pics in comments
