3 large dogs, barking 24/7 with no intervention from owner. Collection growning, obnoxious and getting louder and louder.

Call DPS, the owner will find themselves in court, the dogs WILL NOT suffer, I can assure you

Call Rio Rancho Dispatch, they can give them a ticket if they are barking for over 10 minutes at a time. Good luck with moving as the people on the other side of our barkers tried for 2 years to sell but when people came and heard the barking dogs they didn't want to live there either...

that's the beauty of it. I've been here for 4 years renting with no lease anymore so I can go when I'm ready.

Wow that is great!! Wish we had had that option 10 years ago. Good luck and hopefully SOMEDAY Rio Rancho will find a way to deal with obnoxious neighbors and barking dogs :)
