Descrizione

Signal at intersection badly needs a leading green arrow turning into Roosevelt ave. No left turn signs recently installed are being ignored. This intersection has seen numerous accidents over the years. NYSTATE controlled light.

This whole intersection is a problem. People ignore the no left turn onto Roosevelt, people ignore the no right on red onto Albany, people on Albany run the red light at Roosevelt as they are looking at the light at Foxhall being green, they also run the light as since they leave Foxhall there is 15 feet of pavement before the next light. If it's red it's not mucgh time to stop in a 30mph zone.

If drivers followed traffic laws, none of this would be a problem. Maybe the cops should sit out there a few days-bet they could really boost ticket profits and maybe remind the idiots of the traffic laws!

City of Kingston Water Department van made a left turn from Albany Ave onto Roosevelt Ave at 8:54 AM on Friday Jan 18. Why should anyone else obey the NO LEFT TURN 7AM - 7PM sign when city employees don't have to?
