I have already reported this twice to Verizon and a third time via 311. I never hear back from their Technician's that (are supposed to) investigate the problem?
The Utility Pole is leaning because it is missing a Guy Line and of course it holds holds quite a lot of weight in cables etc.

Yes, one would presume that there was an original guy line that has disappeared(?), considering that the pole carry's verizon+ cables for the whole of that block?
Dr. Grillos (718-434-7964) owns the property where the guy line would need to be secured.

The pole has finally been set straight and the necessary guy line attached.
Bravo to the technician-engineer (job title?) workmen who carried out the labor involved (in the rain I must add!).
And BOO to Verizon's 'Right of Way Dept' (that handle these kind of 'pole' issues) and their awful and disorganized management of this problem. It took in total 7 notices to Verizon to get this attended to—inept.
