  WHY IS THIS COMPLAINT BEING FORWARDED TO THE ZONING DEPARTMENT? The Zoning Department is the department that appears to be guilty of colluding with Zach Gibbs of Halstead LLC, 3T LLC, and 5 Points Group LLC, and the City of Huntsville. Forwarding this complaint to the Zoning Department is like sending someone to Hitler to complain about the Gestapo. Travis Cummings, the Zoning Department Enforcement Coordinator admitted 214 Ward Avenue is not a construction site more than 14 months ago. Also more than 14 months ago, Jim McGuffey, when informed that the trailer and business at 214 Ward Avenue can't operate in a residentially zoned district, did nothing. The City of Huntsville is unable to handle an INTERNAL VIOLATION of the CITY of HUNTSVILLE ZONING ORDINACE and ignores the trailer permit violation and fraudulent building permit in the name of Zac Gibbs at 214 Ward Avenue, Huntsville, AL. At this point, for beginners, one would think this qualifies an ethical violation by the City of Huntsville and borders on criminal violation by City of Huntsville employees. The City of Huntsville can't just ignore the City of Huntsville violating the City of Huntsville Zoning Ordinance. What are the tax revenue implications for Madison County and the City of Huntsville for ignoring the tax violation by Zac Gibbs of Halstead LLC using residential property at 214 Ward Avenue, Huntsville, AL for commercial purposes? Emails to the Mayor, City Council Members, Chief of Police, Trey Wiley, Thomas Nunez, Dennis Madsen, Shane Davis, Randy Cunningham, Scott Erwin, Kelly Schrimsher, and Kathy Martin remain unanswered. Blake Bailey with Brasfield Gorie and Zac Gibbs of Halstead LLC also refuse to respond to inquiries regarding the illegal trailer and illegal business. The owner of 214 Ward Avenue is 3T LLC. 5 Points Group LLC owns the land upon which the Stella was constructed. 3T LLC, 5 Points Group LLC, and Halstead LLC, all have the same mailing address on Troy Highway, Montgomery, AL. What is Jerry Damson's relationship with 5 Points Group LLC and does he contribute to Tommy Battle's political campaign?
