Description
The intersection of Temple and Wall streets is harrowing for pedestrians - it needs a stop sign so that we don't have to creep into the street and hope a car isn't speeding towards us.

I definitely agree, fixing this should be a priority before someone is seriously injured.
There's actually a parallel thread about this issue, with many comments, at http://www.seeclickfix.com/issues/7485. Not sure if a stop sign or an in-road pedestrian sign (proposed on the other clicket) would be the best solution. I have the sense that some changes to road geometry would work better than either.
