For the past month I have been having very unpleasant experience at a Westport auto shop. My car was there 3 times, and after the last assurance that the car 'will run', it broke down the very next day. My attempts to reason with the manager ended up in arrogant stonewalling and hung up calls. Last straw - he refused to hand over the invoice for the 'services' performed on the car.
I feel people in the area should know about this. Is this something that deserves attention of Westport Minuteman?
