I know the town of Colonie doesn't participate in SeeClickFix, but James Drive has a ton of spots like this that are not a problem during the summer, however these are the sposts that turn into ice dams in the winter. I have 3 at the bottom of my driveway in the town roadway that cause problems every winter.
