Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Previous lights had an additional signal that was visible to traffic approaching from the west on westheimer. This signal was on the pole that is closest to the strip mall and IPC Repair. Without this signal, drivers do not know if the light is red until they round the bend with insufficient time to react.
