Is anyone responsible for cleaning the Cromwell Shopping Center? There is trash everywhere. Debris and trash on the sidewalk and “grassy” area on Cromwell Rd from the storms, a mattress behind the bushes covering the cell phone tower (a sleeping spot no doubt), trash, clothes and alcohol containers on and around the steps leading to the law firm by Diablo, both sides of the road leading to Sandy Spring Circle, cardboard boxes and trash behind the center. It’s awful.
