Sharraxaadda

There is a talking crosswalk on the corner of Outlook and Seminary, across the street from Mills College on the south east corner that is not working properly. It is making an incoherent electronic noise non-stop which is 1) noise pollution and 2) not helping the seeing impaired who need to use system for their own safety.
