Disgusting pigpen bringing down property values. Image is the GOOD side of the place. LCI turns a deaf ear because PRIOR owner had "problems". This person moved. ALL UTILITIES OFF. HOUSE IS VACANT. PROPERTY PURCHASED BY ANOTHER but won't switch name in city records SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP. LCI this is what being nice gets you!! I WANT THIS PLACE CLEANED UP!!!

LCI has been in touch with the Estate of Mr. Stenton.
The property will be cleaned up soon. The property is about to be transferred to a new owner who will be rehabilitating the property.
We are monitoring the property.

I agree this should be addressed ASAP -- but ideally neighborhood issues like these should be addressed before they become such a huge problem. Did the Neighborhood Specialist receive prior warnings about this property?

Dealing with an Estate that has no $ is not easy.
The neighborhood specialist has been on top of this issue.
LCI has been working with the Estate for a few weeks. We expect full compliance shortly.
The Estate has sent someone to begin cleaning up the property which is a step n the right direction.

Mark - It's more of a "huge" problem to somebody that lives VERY CLOSE to it.
LCI Watcher - ok, I couldn't read the document you posted. I'm repeating what I "heard". The former resident has already been paid for the house. So what I'm saying is if they (new owner) were willing to do that without having all the T's crossed and I's dotted, then they should have put out a little more and at least cleaned up the outside. So take it for what it's worth.
I'll believe this clean up when I see it.
