It’s in corner of old river and meadows and it’s really a traffic hazard. Drivers can’t make right turn to old river . People in 329 old river dr should be notified Shia, again to stop operating their illegal auto repair shop. How this thing is still going on is beyond irresponsible. It’s almost a year with numerous complains. Do something now. There are still numerous broken cars lining old river drive from meadows drive to auburn st. Do something now Vallejo city officials. -

432 Hichborn St Vallejo, CA 94590, USA - VallejoSilver-blue 2010 (?) Volkswagen EOS 2.0T sedan with Bernie Sanders and other stickers on the rear bumper. I recall this car had a current license plate.... but appears it was switched, now has expired 2010 tags. I witnessed someone appearing to be shooting up in this car a few weeks ago.
