When is the repavement project that was started in Winchester (which becomes 6th Street) ever going to be completed? Sidewalks included. The rest of the road is in bad shape beyond the work that was done there so it makes no sense that it stopped where it did…

One month later this issue is not addressed - potholes adjacent to the church are not filled.

We’re still not getting an answer of why only half the street and sidewalks on 6th-Winchester were fixed…
