If you travel from Magazine St south bound through that intersection the double yellow suddenly veers right and points directly at the curb on the S.W. corner of the intersection To avoid crossing the double yellow you have tostay right and if there's a car at the stop sign at the end of the off ramp, it gives them the impression that you intend to make a right turn to enter the freewa.
