Still not fixed!

Not fixed! Has anyone even looked at it? Every 30 days I get a notice to review and close this if it's been taken care.of, yet, I don't even think anyone looks.
Ofcourse, I guess they will care when one of the elderly who takes walks in the neighborhood gets hurt and they sue the city.

And another month has gone by and I'm asked if this has been fixed.
NO..IT HAS NOT!! Obviously, if you have to keep asking, outstanding items are not being tracked well
Please get this fixed
