Unfortunately, both of these remedies are expensive and require planning and coordination that make it impossible for us to address this issue at this time. The Streets Section has a working list of streets in Vallejo that are going to be resurfaced in the upcoming fiscal year (http://bit.ly/1Ynz2RB).
