Waterfront is being allowed to become a RV Park in the 2 hour posted parking up and down Mare Island Way by the City of Vallejo. This is in addition to the bush campers, park campers and the boat campers up and down the waterfront: Curtola to MIW to Wilson. Trash, graffiti overgrown/ broken landscaping etc demonstrates the blight tolerated by COV leaderless government Please wake up and do something. Anything..,
