Thanks for reporting! Many tree reports the Grounds Section receives are actually the responsibility of the property owner. We have given this report to the Grounds Inspector for their review. If it is a City-maintained tree we will proceed with action, if not we will contact the property owner and close this issue. The owners always kept this tree nice and trimmed and then the city of Vallejo told them to leave it alone or they would be cited for cutting a city tree. The city changes their policies all the time. But thanks for checking hope the city takes responsibility and not the homeowner since they are senior citizens and I'm sure they can't afford to have the tree trimmed.
