City of Vallejo assigned this issue to vpd_traffic

unfounded, not an abandoned vehicle on a public street/lot. Not a reported stolen vehicle. Property owner is responsible for removing abandoned vehicles from their property.

Could you tell me who the property owner is so I can contact them?

Disregard my last comment. I thought you meant it was the owner of the vehicle's responsibility. I have contacted the Nimitz group who is the owner of the property.

You might check with Alstom Transportation across the street, they may be leasing that lot for their employee parking. If not, you can check with property@mareislandco.com
