Description
Transients occupying River Park are now expanding into other areas closure to the Napa River & they are erecting structures from detritus.
CSS, Code Enforcement and Greater Vallejo Recreation District have all failed. These city employees have allowed this expansion to continue unmitigated.
Can the county or another agency outside of the City of Vallejo fix this?

This is exactly the “Copy Paste Response” that residents of Vallejo have come to expect from the Code Enforcement Division personnel.
Why is it that No trespass is enforced on the Island side of the River but not on the mainland side?
Perhaps some of the millions grant money VPD receives could be used to pay private security to patrol the areas that CSS & Code Enforcement has lost control over?

does not giver the homeless unlimited rights to set up structures or camp wherever they please.
The city can tell them where to camp as long as the ban is not all inclusive and city wide.
