Thank you. The property owner will not address the issues until he is legally held accountable & a financial lien has been attached. We continue to report to the city on the advice of legal counsel. The landlord's answer to our lawsuit indicated that the tenants are being evicted, however, that could take months. So we will continue to report until there has been a resolution.

One month later & the graffiti is still there. The obnoxious level of music continues unabated as well.

I have obtained information from the city that details the # of times this slumlord has been contacted about their rental property, current tenants, graffiti & noise. I think we can safely assume they are not going to address these issues & they will probably not appear to answer my lawsuit. I have forwarded additional info to your office, & I will continue to post here until this mess is resolved. The tenants are not going to just wake up one day as reasonable, courteous people.

Call 911 for help -- Are you working with the Neighborhood Law program?

Yes, I have contacted the neighborhood law program as well. They have been helpful in providing suggestions, but they get no response from the property owner either. I have called 911 in the past, however, I am reluctant to as it only made the problem worse & the cops have more important things to do than to ask a middle aged embarrassment to turn his beat down. It's pretty much an every day occurrence now. Thank you for the help.
