This is the reporting party's method to gain control of this public parking space in front of their house for their convenience. Reporting party was informed directly that this vehicle is not abandoned at 6:45AM on 7/13/23 by the vehicle's owner. Reporting party was warned directly that if this vehicle is towed as a result of a false report by them they will face legal action.
