Public property. Strip of land on right hand side of street, when heading north (away from Georgia St). Land outside of residence property line/fence and adjacent to the street.
Why not whack the weeds, cover the dirt with weed barrier and then dump wood chips on top. Wont have to keep coming out to deal with this mess. Weeds all over grown.
