Hello,
I’m not sure what the noise ordinance is in our neighborhood but our neighbor has been playing music with extremely loud base which shakes our whole house. We have a toddler that is also very sensitive to noise and he is very disturbed. It sounds like there is a concert playing right next to us and it is hurting our ears. Is there anything we can do about this?
