City tree has severely damaged sidewalk & asphalt behind old Arby's back driveway. No houses on that side of the street. Sidewalk rises & drops approx a foot. I'm afraid someone will get hurt. Your help is appreciated - thank you.

In most cases the sidewalk is the responsibility of the homeowner, in accordance with City Municipal Code Title 10 (you can read the Code here: http://bit.ly/11cZkdr).
