Most vehicles proceeding South on the avenue veer onto the oncoming side of the traffic in the blind part of the curve.
The street is in dire need of way-marking solid or dashed yellow lines on the middle of the road.

In addition, just yesterday morning an accident involving injuries occurred on this curve. Neighbor's residence was seriously damaged due to the vehicle crash and subsequent fire.
Vehicles, to avoid head-on collisions, have no choice but to veer onto the sidewalk at 25-35mph and plow everything in their path.
