Happened around the same time as last night. Stay vigilant. I believe it's the same person. I will no longer put specifics or will be thanking the city on this site. I believe someone may be reading this site to see if being cleaned up and then they dump again. I'm in communication with someone about this and will not give up. I'm staying on top of this as best I can.
